This is a overdue review of my recent service experience at Concord Mazda. I brought my vehicle in for service after multiple poor service experiences at another Mazda dealership in the Bay Area, in hopes t at Concord Mazda. I brought my vehicle in for service after multiple poor service experiences at another Mazda dealership in the Bay Area, in hopes that the service would be better. I dropped my car first thing in the morning for a morning appointment to diagnose a vehicle operational issue. I ended up sitting at the dealership all day (5pm) waiting for the service department to investigate my issue. What I got out of this experience was someone spending 20 minutes with the vehicle at the end of the day and then telling me there was nothing visibly wrong with my car and they couldn't replicate the issue. In addition, they basically told me directly that I did not know how to operate the vehicle that I had owned for over three years. There was clearly a visible issue with the vehicle and I found it amazing that the service department did not see any problems. As soon as the vehicle was turned back over to me I immediately replicated the issue in the Concord Mazda parking lot. I went back into the service department and explained the situation and was told I would need to schedule another appoint which was infuriating after already wasting an entire day. I left the dealership with a loss of $300 and 10 hours of my time. My frustration forced me to bring my vehicle to non-Mazda specific repair shop who was able diagnose and repair the issue with my vehicle for a fraction of the time and cost it took Concord Mazda to diagnose nothing. Very frustrating experience. I don't plan to bring my business back to this dealership or any other Mazda dealership in the area, especially when it deals with diagnosing problems. The experience felt like such a scam. More
Extremely rude and disrespectful sales lady. A female “senior sales consultant” approached me outside and yelled at me for not purchasing a car after a few days, said I was "wasting everyone's A female “senior sales consultant” approached me outside and yelled at me for not purchasing a car after a few days, said I was "wasting everyone's time", and had a temper tantrum when I indicated I would be working with someone else. I arrived at this dealership with full funds are well prepared to purchase a vehicle. I am so disappointed ty the poor level of service. More
Friendly, Courteous sales team Ethan was very great. He showed me 3 different cars and did a great job explaining each one. He was very patient and helped me run all the numbers for all the different options. Never felt any pressure from him or his team to buy. Only downside is that their price was not the most competitive of 3 comparable bids. I gave Ethan last look to match but he couldn’t. I appreciate the honesty and efforts. BTW. This Mazda dealership needs more customer parking spaces! More
