Friendly and welcoming service I received a recall notice for my Accord and needed the battery to be replaced. Christian was very welcoming and fast. My appointment was in the after I received a recall notice for my Accord and needed the battery to be replaced. Christian was very welcoming and fast. My appointment was in the afternoon, so the service center was very busy and there’s was a lot going on. Christian was very focused to get the service paperwork processed so I wasn’t waiting around. He called me when my car was ready and had someone pick it up in a short amount of time so I wasn’t awkwardly waiting around for my car. My overall experience was very pleasant. I usually am at service centers where I have to wait forever because things are out of place or there’s no one around to assist. Definitely will be back! More

He will tell me if the repair is needed immediately or can wait for the next schedule service. He is honest and customer oriented employee that’s why I always bring my Pilot for service even I have to wait for 3-4 hours. Likewise I always request for mechanic, Mr. Ken Hendrix. More
Wasif Khan - Superior service I’ve been going to Concord Honda since we got my wife’s car about 10 yers ago. Last series of repairs were costly, but necessary since the kids are transported in her car. Wasif was straight forward and explained what needed to be done. Whenever I have any issues, Honda has been able to work diligently to figure out any issues. More

SOO helpful My daughter bought a neighbor's 2000 CR- V with 115K miles on it and needed work before we drove it 2000 miles to college. The first dealer we called put me on hold for a long time. I finally hung up and called Concord Honda. They answered right away and had "the time of day" for all our questions. Work was done well, just what we needed, and not more, Staff we encountered all friendly and professional. We highly recommend Concord Honda and thank them for their help just before a stressful move. The car made it across country just fine, by the way :) More

I would have provided 5 stars but... I am giving 4 stars because of the following: Costumer service = Great! Shuttle service = Excellent! Timely service = Yes! Only point of concern: The technician whom serviced my vehicle informed my clerk that I was missing a transmission dipstick. I thought this was odd. this was the first time I've ever heard of such a thing, but I am not a mechanic, so I trust that Honda Specialists know what they are saying and looking for, since they work on Hondas all day, everyday. I moved forward by ordering a transmission dipstick (they didn't have any in stock). I came in two days later when the item arrived and I asked the Parts guy to help me locate the hole where the dipstick should be placed. He didn't know and so he asked a technician. The technician came out and looked and saw that there was already a dipstick in place. Thankfully- It was never missing and I was able to return the item with ease. On the other-hand, how can a seasoned technician inform me and the clerk that I was missing as dipstick, when it was clearly in sight? I lost time from work, energy and could have spent my morning more productively instead of running around like a dipstick. =) TTT More
