Great Service by Honda and Chris Garcia I came in a little earlier for my scheduled appointment and was greeted promptly. Knowing that the service I needed (30K) would take a little longer, I came in a little earlier for my scheduled appointment and was greeted promptly. Knowing that the service I needed (30K) would take a little longer, I asked for a shuttle and was dropped off right away. Chris called me when my car was done and told me to come in at my convenience. When I arrived at the dealership, Chris explained the work done and their findings. He even buffed out a scratch I had on the driver's side door. The car was washed and everything worked out great! More

He is an outstanding service advisor who goes above and beyond when I call as well as when my vehicle is in the shop for repair. I have never felt uninformed nor have there ever been any "surprises". A couple years back my wife and I made the decision to purchase a new car for her. We looked at many vehicles, some lower priced than the Honda model we chose. The reason we chose the Honda was due to the service team, and in particular Wasif. All I can say is give him a test drive. You wont be disappointed. More

Initial Interaction My first experience with taking my new HRV in was very disappointing. I dropped the car off to have leather seats added and was told I would be given My first experience with taking my new HRV in was very disappointing. I dropped the car off to have leather seats added and was told I would be given a loaner. The loaner was not from Honda but a rental company down the street They tried to give me a large SUV but the seat didn't go forward enough for me to reach the pedals. Then they tried to give me a large van, which I didn't feel comfortable with. Although there was a parking lot full of cars they said they didn't have anything else available. I ended up calling a relative to rescue me and loan me a car for a few days. I have been fully satisfied with the first three service experiences but do not expect a loaner from Honda. More
Service for 1998 Accord Coupe The overall experience was not favorable. The initial service contact did not keep us posted in a timely manner. Subsequent service was erratic rele The overall experience was not favorable. The initial service contact did not keep us posted in a timely manner. Subsequent service was erratic relevant to incurring new problems and then seeming confusion to correct. The initial service request was to remove and replace driver side visor and repair instrument cluster illumination. Visor and bulbs had to be ordered and was told we would be contacted when they came in. Never happened. After a few weeks I called and was advised the visor had come in but did not receive call to bring vehicle in for job. At that time I also left the coupe for the instrument panel work. I was told that bulbs were not in stock and had to be ordered. Again no call that the bulbs had come in until I called. When the instrument cluster work was completed, I went to pick-up the vehicle and discovered that the ignition key could not be removed from the ignition switch. They took the vehicle back and waited for a diagnosis. The switch was defected and so they R/R the switch and charged me for a new switch and re-programming. The switch is still not functioning properly as the driver can remove the key with the transmission in gear instead only when in "PARK" position. We were assessed over $700.00 for that debacle and a number of days having to return with the vehicle but with poor service to be contacted. I decided not to return to seek remedy on the key problem lest additional trouble is introduced that I would be again have to pay for when it is not my fault. Wasif, Svc Advisor on the second go around was very patient and helpful. He at least made efforts to call me with status and availability of the vehicle work. I would still recommend this dealership for sales and service work but I would be uneasy. I own a 2012 Ridgeline and I have not had any service needs, but I ..... More
Wiper Linkage Problem I recently went to this dealership for a periodic lube and oil change and to have my windshield wiper linkage repaired/replaced. The work was completed within the time estimate and under budget. There were absolutely no high pressure tactics or attempts to talk me into additional servicing beyond what was necessary. I was completely satisfied and will happily return to this dealership in the future. More
Smog test diagnosis Service Advisor was very helpful and patient. Went to local gas station to smog test. Test failed. Went back after 30 days to ensure mileage was higher from last time. Smog test failed. Gas station said to drive more or something else wrong with the car. Due to DMV smog test / registration due Feb, decided to go to dealership to see what's wrong since it's a newer car from 2012 with first smog test due. Dealer diagnosed it and drove it and retested smog, all passed. Service advisor was very good and so was the team. Shuttle service to and from my work was helpful too. I suggest never go to the local gas station to test for smog always go to the dealership they the experts! Great job Concord Honda! More
RICK IS AWESOME I took my car in to get an oil change and some interior lights. Rick not only made me an appointment that worked with my schedule, he was able to let I took my car in to get an oil change and some interior lights. Rick not only made me an appointment that worked with my schedule, he was able to let me know I needed tires really bad (there was a bubble in the rear and the others were in bad shape) and I also needed a engine mount. I have since been back because I got a razor in one of the tires. Concord Honda Service is Awesome, and they have the best assistant manager!!! More
