Amazing Customer Service & Vehicle Service I’ve been a loyal Honda owner for over 30 years and a loyal Concord Honda customer for over 15 years after moving to this area. I wouldn’t take my car I’ve been a loyal Honda owner for over 30 years and a loyal Concord Honda customer for over 15 years after moving to this area. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else! I purchased two new Honda from service and I will only service my vehicles here. They know me, they know my vehicles, they are quick to help and advice. All the service reps are great but Wasif is my favorite and “go to” guy. You can’t go wrong taking your vehicle here. More

They have always done stellar work, but the main reas I've been using Concord Honda for repair and services since I bought my Honda with them in 2012. They have always done stellar work, but the main reason I'm writing this review is my last repair with them they went above and beyond and provided excellent service and work. Gino helped me through the very difficult task of working with my insurance company and made me feel more like a friend than just a customer. I would give Gino 10 stars if I could! Not to mention the service technicians who did a fantastic job on my repair, they also went above and beyond spending an extra 20 minutes helping me replace my taillight for free! I cant say enough good things about Concord Honda! They have made a customer for life! More

Routine Service Appointment Went in for my regular mileage service and it wasn’t discovered I needed new tires. Bought a brand new accord touring and it makes a high pitch whistling noise when I drive. They can not duplicate the sound even though I have played them videos of it. They don’t care and are not proactive on finding a solution. Went to vacaville Honda and got superior treatment from their service Department. I will continue to bring my car in and miss work until they do something about it because it is not normal noise and makes my brand new car un-enjoyable. Any other service needs I will be taking to vacaville. And concords treatment honestly makes me never want to purchase from concord Honda. They basically just throw their hands up and sat there is nothing they can do unless they can duplicate the noise. More

A bad visit, may not be back I am a very reasonable person, so I understand things that may be out of the dealership's control, such as the power outage that occurred 5 minutes be I am a very reasonable person, so I understand things that may be out of the dealership's control, such as the power outage that occurred 5 minutes before I showed up two days before my actual service that I ended up having to reschedule. I also understand that there may be service delays that may affect my service appointment times (similar to a doctor's office). My issue is that I showed up, third in line in the appointment lane, and was not acknowledged for a half hour. Unacceptable. I take no issue with the fact that my appointment was at 8:00 and my car was not taken until 8:35. It was that I was basically invisible until I was at the front of the line. After receiving my invoice, I noticed that there were things left off my invoice related to the service I came in for (a B16 for my Honda Pilot). I have no record of the "6" service listed on my invoice, so I have no idea if it was accidentally left off and/or if they even did it. I called the dealership to ask about it and the phone rang for 5 minutes before I got hung up on and had to call back. Eventually got to leave a message, but never received a call back (not surprised). I have a maintenance package I bought for the first 4 years of ownership (after purchasing the vehicle from this dealership), but may not return for service at this location. I take great pride in caring for my vehicle, but I need to be able to trust the service department in actually doing the scheduled work and also keeping immaculate records should I sell the vehicle down the road. The next owner deserves to have peace of mind that it was cared for exactly as it is supposed to be. More
