Oil change and standard inspection Staff was nice and the service seemed uneventful. Appreciated the servicing documents provided afterwards. However, the entire service period took a lot longer than expected. It was about 3 hours for an oil change event though I arrived on time for my reserved appointment time. And when I arrived, I waited for a good 10 minutes before anyone even came out into the check-in/driveway area to talk to me. More

So ended up being almost $600 surprise I don't my paying for what ever my car need just tell me the whole number, and at the end when I was about to leave he ask me to give him a 5 star review funny right?
