I walked into the Concord Honda Center unannounced (without a prior appointment) with my broken car. All the service techs were busy and I was not sure who to approach for help. And then this young ge (without a prior appointment) with my broken car. All the service techs were busy and I was not sure who to approach for help. And then this young gentleman Cavon approached me and asked if I had an appointment. I explained to him my issue. Immediately, he got going on my car. Unfortunately, I was told that the car required fixes to the tune of $15K. I was shocked and confused. But after taking a deep breath, i spoke to my wife and we decided to buy a new car.
