When he called me the afternoon I brought my car in to let me know that a specific part was not in, and they wouldn't have it until the next morning, he was very easy to accommodate my need for the great loaner car I had from them. When he called me around noon the next day to inform me the work was done, I asked him if I could hold on to the loaner a few more hours as I was heading out on a job interview.
