Cadillac SRX I stopped by with my son late in the evening to just see what might interest me. I noticed two vehicles that I wanted to view the inside of. Joe Grocc I stopped by with my son late in the evening to just see what might interest me. I noticed two vehicles that I wanted to view the inside of. Joe Groccia kindly went to get the keys. The SRX I test drove was 8 yrs old and in great condition visibly. I immediately went home and completed the financing application and was called the next morning. I did have to call back early in the afternoon to see the progress of my application. Matt called me back shortly after to inform me that I was approved. I returned with my wife and the process went smoothly at that point. I was told a centerpiece was order for the wheel. I returned approx a week later or so to pickup my new tag and registration. I stopped by the service building and they knew nothing of a centerpiece being ordered. They reacted quickly and gave me one from a vehicle that wasn't leaving for a while and ordered one for that vehicle. I was much delighted. It's been over 3 wks since the purchase of my wife's SRX and it seems to running just fine. I've purchased numerous vehicles and am always skeptical of a preowned vehicle, but I've been mostly fortunate of little to no issues. I will say that I'm surprised that I haven't received a followup call to inquire about my satisfaction of the car. I would most likely return to purchase in the future. Thanks Joe and Matt. More

Great service and even stayed late to make sale after hours. I talked with Juan and Rob the owner for about 3 days, as I live about 6 hours away. After over the phone negotiations were done I made the almost 6 h I talked with Juan and Rob the owner for about 3 days, as I live about 6 hours away. After over the phone negotiations were done I made the almost 6 hour trip to see vehicle and both Juan and Rob stayed after hours to make sale.... They even accommodated me by putting vehicle on lift to let me see the underside before I reached a decision. Also to boot the front brakes squealed a little bit on test drive and Rob gave me new set of brakes pads to make up for it. Overall it was a great experience in a layed back setting. More
