Community Nissan

I really didn’t want to post this, but I’ve been left with no choice.... I recently bought a vechicle from Community Nissan and have had nothing but problems! I went in with concerns on the vechicle that with no choice.... I recently bought a vechicle from Community Nissan and have had nothing but problems! I went in with concerns on the vechicle that I bought less than a year ago from them. When I first purchased the vehicle, within the first week of driving it off the lot, I was back in with major repairs concerning my radiator/coolant system. I was promised many times there was nothing wrong with this vehicle and that I wouldn’t have any repairs, even regular maintenance for awhile. That was a lie. Not only were there major repairs with the radiator/coolant system, but I also just had to replace all rotors and brake pads. When I went in to talk to them about this, I was told it was “my fault and must be how I drive” concerning why I have to replace not only the brake pads but the rotors too. I’ve only driven 15,000 on this car since I got it. Brakes should last 30,000-70,000 miles right? I was told these were all new and in good condition when I purchased the vehicle so how is it that I had to purchase all of this so soon? Again another lie they fed me. To be honest I will never be coming back to this dealership for another penny of my money. This is the second vehicle they’ve taken advantage of me on, I’m honestly sorry I even gave their dealership a second chance when purchasing this vehicle... I should have learned my lesson the first time. I have pictures of how bad of shape the rotors & brake pads were in. There is no way these were in “good” shape when I purchased the vehicle. Never buy a vechicle from ANY Community dealership, unless you want to be taken advantage of. More

I decided which Rogue I wanted to test drive and he was very knowledgeable on the features and specs of the vehicle. Randy Gelhausen put together an outstanding finance deal for me and I drove my new car off the lot around 7 pm Saturday night. They stayed late to finish the transaction and were happy to do so. Outstanding customer service. I would highly recommend this dealership to all my family, friend and anyone in the market for a car. More
