Started in November made a appointment for service. My 17 silverado needed a starter and oil change. I explained to my service writer that I would like to be called at the end of the day for an update, 4 pm came and no call, 3 more days go by no call so I call them and asked why no call he said he did but I had no missed calls from them. Called them was told it was ready went and picked it up no apology. I was upset but kept my mouth shut. Now December my 4 wheel drive malfunctioned called made appointment for the 22nd dropped it off early made sure to express to my service writer to please communicate with me by the end of the day so I can plan ahead. 4pm came and guess what no call. Called on the 27th to check the status of my truck, spoke with the service writer he stated he called me 2 times and left messages. I went through all my voice mails and missed call log, not one missed call from them or a voice mail stating what they found. So he lied to my face. I have purchased 2 silverados from them and now I have no trust in them. They also diagnosed a problem I didnt bring it in for then said it would cost 800 to fix. I looked up oe parts for the fix came to 198.00 shipped to my door. So they are trying to charge me 600 for labor, they say its 3 hours of work, but when I check manufacturer labor time both can be done in under 1 hour. That's to replace both the purge value and the canister. Spoke with Travis and he said he would look into the matter. All he did was knock 100 dollars off the 800 bill for replacing the purge and canister.I told them to just to repair the 4 wheel drive problem. I did speak so highly about community motors, I work on cars daily at my other job adding remote starts and other accessories. I have them work on it because I have a service contract. But going forward i will not be recommending them for sales or service I will find a trustworthy place where they listen to me communicate with me, and want to help me with my concerns. Avoid This Dealership — Misleading and Dishonest I flew in from out of state to buy a used Cadillac Escalade from Community Cadillac, trusting their inspection and the salesperson’s claim that it was flew in from out of state to buy a used Cadillac Escalade from Community Cadillac, trusting their inspection and the salesperson’s claim that it was serviced, clean, and in good condition. This purchase has been a nightmare ever since. Once home, I discovered serious issues: • Leaking shocks and failing air suspension • Engine knocking and oil leaks • Cruise control, parking sensors, and HVAC/rear A/C failed within days • Transmission started stalling • Vehicle was filthy inside, with food crumbs, stains, and even animal feces • Cracked infotainment screen and all fluids low, despite claims it was “serviced” they lied. Repairs estimated at $3,500. I understand used cars are sold as-is, and this Escalade had higher mileage, but this goes far beyond normal wear — it was clearly misrepresented. They brush it off because it’s “high mileage”, even though their profit margin is the same. I got a quick 5 minute inspection from midas, just to look at the basics, but the Cadillac inspection is the one that went into everything. I expected professionalism from a Cadillac dealer. Instead, I feel completely scammed. Do not trust their inspection or their word — especially if you’re buying from out of state. More

They were unable to fine my new warranty contract for services. Felt as if my integrity was being questioned when continually saying they didn't have it.
