just now New I wasn't going to leave this review but i think its time I've bought a few vehicles from ross downing dealerships love dealing with them up until i bought this 2021 ram 1500 overall salesman think its time I've bought a few vehicles from ross downing dealerships love dealing with them up until i bought this 2021 ram 1500 overall salesman mike I world of gave 5 stars until he tried to bribe me into buying another car just to fix a leaking back glass on a truck i just bought about 3 weeks ago finance manager 5 star he great at his job service straight trash now i bought my truck to them after salesman mike told me to bring it in to get repaired cause service missed it so i drive almost 2hrs just to get a drop of silicone on the back glass that's not even close to where the glass is leaking so now after this week rain back of truck is soaked so i guess i'll cut my ties with ross and foot this 1000 glass bill and get it changed myself but just a reminder to a once great dealership the few people i know that bought cars for u guy's are now x customers sorry just in my home alone you loss two car sales one for my wife and one for my daughter who graduates next school year so was that leaking back glass that big of a problem to lose 2 car sales just a question More

DO NOT GO TO THIS SERVICE CENTER! I scheduled a vehicle repair 4+ weeks BEFORE bringing my RAM into the dealership for repair (because they couldn't see my truck sooner). Four I scheduled a vehicle repair 4+ weeks BEFORE bringing my RAM into the dealership for repair (because they couldn't see my truck sooner). Four days before my SCHEDULED appointment, I brought my RAM there and dropped it off. I didn't hear ANYTHING about my truck until I called 15 days after dropping the truck off. They were supposed to call me back that day, but they did not. I called the next day (day 16), and they couldn't find my truck, my paperwork, or my keys. No records of my vehicle. They did call back once that day (at the end of the day), saying the truck was "finished days ago" and that they "forgot to call me." I asked what was wrong, and I was told that they didn't even look at the reason the truck was brought to the shop (likely needs a new PCM based on another shop's review). All they did was update software AND DID NOT EVEN LOOK AT THE ACTUAL ISSUE. My truck was left there for a specific repair, lost, and without a call when they STOPPED WORKING ON IT so I could get my truck, they just never even looked at the reason I brought it to the shop! I called back the next day (day 17), and they STILL had not looked at it the actual issue. I removed my truck from this service center. DO NOT GO TO THIS SERVICE CENTER! More
