Excellent service and on time I brought my car in for a recall. I had an appointment for 11:00 and Carlos took my car in immediately. He also told me that it would take one hour I brought my car in for a recall. I had an appointment for 11:00 and Carlos took my car in immediately. He also told me that it would take one hour to an hour and a half to complete the work. They were done in one hour. After the work was done, Carlos explained exactly what was done. All that I spoke to were courteous and helpful. The waiting area is comfortable with drinks and snacks provided if one chooses to partake. All in all, a very good experience. More
