The Wait While the work was fine and the people friendly enough, I don’t think I’ll go back. At least not for an oil change. I made an appointment for 11 am for an oil change and tire rotation. I arrived at 11:04 and didn’t get out until 1:06 pm. They initially told me it would take an hour or an hour and a half to do the work (which I thought was long to begin with). I was going to be given priority because I had an appointment. I think it’s pricey for an oil change already but I figured I do it at the dealer for warranty purposes. Two hours is just unacceptable for this. If things are busy, don’t make the appointment. Or don’t take drive ups when you have a full appointment schedule. I’ll get it done cheaper and faster somewhere else next time. More

He's very polite, friendly, and completes the paperwork process quickly! The individuals who worked on my vehicle did a wonderful job, and I always appreciate their great service. All the workers there had promising attitudes and were very welcoming. I will absolutely continue to bring in my vehicle to the Orland Park location. Thanks guys! More
