So nothing covered on tire I must deal with now even though I paid for tire coverage He looked at the windshield said we can fix these but this one has a small crack nothing was done about this either so I have to cover the windshield myself. I paid for these coverages but apparently they are not covered at your dealership. Just tell me if I need legal help to get my coverage O and I was stuck there for 2 hours for service Mo your dealership turned into a joke More
They did not fix the problem, so I had to take my car to another Honda dealership to get fixed. They told me the issue I had with my car was unheard of, however it’s known issue with Honda. After waiting 2 hours, I was told to call my Insurance company because both problems (occasional start-up difficulty and right directional light speed) were "accident related" from 2 years ago. They guessed there was a short in the electrical system and would have to take body of car apart. Even though they could not pinpoint the problem, I was charged $120. I went to the body shop where car was repaired 2 years ago and they told me all I needed was a replacement bulb for my right turn signal, and referred me to their mechanic. They also told me a difficult start up and bulb were not related. I needed to replace right directional blinker and a look/see at how the car started up, so I went to a mechanic and paid $104.16 for new bulb and inspection of start-up. After purchasing and maintaining 4 Hondas at this dealership over the past 20 years and being a 73 year old woman, I won't be returning for any service in the future. I have found a new mechanic. As you can see, I wasted time and spent $224.16 for something that cost $104.16. More
