I only service my 2011 Honda CRV at this car dealer since I purchased it new there and up to this last visit was very pleased with them. Service is definitely not up to par like it use to be. I spent around $1800 there in the last two weeks and would expect better service. I should have been notified prior to arriving (since I had an appointment) that the machine was broke and my 1 1/2 hour appointment would be 4 hours. And wearing a required mask for that length of time was annoying since your cashiers don't wear them and the plexiglass has openings for them to pass papers. Furthermore I had to ask about the delay 2 1/2 hours after car was in No one gave me an update until 15 minutes before it was finished that it was almost done. Updates would have been welcomed More

Beyond terrible customer service. They were suppose to call me two days after my appointment that I went to with an update on a claim to paint my hood which they scratched. Never called.
