No respect for COVID precautions. Frustrating, but mistakes happen I thought the issue with the car's a/c would be a simple fix. It turned into a major project, The whole system needed replacing. Instead of a 1 day I thought the issue with the car's a/c would be a simple fix. It turned into a major project, The whole system needed replacing. Instead of a 1 day thing, it turned into 3 days. The service advisor called the wrong person to say that they would need the 3rd day to complete the job, so I did not know that. I understand mistakes happen, but it was still frustrating. My service advisor was very sorry and said so several times. Of course that helps. More
