I brought my van in for a timing belt replacement and repair the 2 sliding doors. When my wife picked up the van nobody went over what was done or made sure everything was alright. When I got home I noti repair the 2 sliding doors. When my wife picked up the van nobody went over what was done or made sure everything was alright. When I got home I noticed dents and scratches on the drivers side sliding door that had happened while it was in for service. I had to call and inquire about what happened. I never heard back so I came in the following Saturday morning and showed Zack the damage. He knew about it and was going to check into it. I talked with Bob the following week and set up to have my wife drop it off and the damage would be repaired. They dropped the van off for us and picked up the loaner after it was repaired. Unfortunately the body shop did an awful job and the door doesn’t work all the time now. We spoke to Bob and are going to schedule to drop it off again to get the door repaired. I wish I would have left the damage there it looked better than it does now. I’m very dissatisfied with my experience. This is the 3rd vehicle we have purchased from Community! Thank you. More

Took me right away, turn around was as promised, service people were friendly. However, price seemed high for replacing the lock mechanism. Kamron checked us in the morning and was very polite and courteous. He followed up with a phone call as to what was going on with our van and other possible recommendations without an type of pressure. He a courteous. He also followed up as to when the car was ready to pick and gave the total over the phone. Zach was there for us during the pick up of the car. He was extremely busy helping others, but was always reassuring and polite. These 2 are great in the service depts. More

There was no explanation about services performed. I waited at the dealer for 3 hours and was not updated on progress. They seamed unorganized & couldn't find my car when done. Very different experience than previous ones! I will likely seek service elsewhere in the future. More

I got inside my home garage and I noticed something hanging from the carriage. Now I have to schedule another appointment at another Honda dealer because I'm afraid to take it back to you for fear that you did this to run the price up or because you have incompetent mechanics, either way, I have to pay for this unnecessary repair, I'm not happy.
