I was told the $105.15 charge would include an oil change which it did not. I also asked that the tires be rotated, and I see they were not. As Usual, Randy was extremely helpful. He told us the tow truck company that Community Honda usually uses so we called them. The tow truck was out to pick up our car in short time and Randy was able to get t truck company that Community Honda usually uses so we called them. Pricing has gone up and the service way down! I left a message afterward regarding a noise I thought was coming from the tires they just rotated and to see why the windshield fluid was not refilled.
