Overall I feel the service was good. I do feel finance made some errors that should not have transpired and I am not happy about. We made our second purchase last year at Community Honda. We have an '03 Odyssey which is still great (100,000 miles now) and purchased a Fit last year. I went to a couple other dealers and received the best and most friendly service from Community. One other dealer, not having a Fit with manual transmission, or not able to find one since the 2010s would be coming out soon, was very pushy trying to sell me a Civic, which I didn't want. Community found the Fit I wanted and the price was very fair. No sales pressure, no pushing the warranty, their financing or options. Everyone was very friendly, the whole process was quick and painless, and I got exactly the Fit I wanted. We take both our Hondas there for servicing (so far just routine maintenance, we haven't had any serious problems)and service is very good. Only complaints are that sometimes service takes a little longer than they estimate and they have a very poor choice of reading material. I have learned to bring a book. More
