I brought my car to the dealership on Friday, April 20, 2012 at &:20 P.M. for a 7:45 P.M. appointment to have tires rotated, oil change and free car wash. I was told it would take approximately 1 1/2 hour 2012 at &:20 P.M. for a 7:45 P.M. appointment to have tires rotated, oil change and free car wash. I was told it would take approximately 1 1/2 hours. The work was completed at about 10:08 P.M. The wait time was excessive. Steve Surma was a great help to us when my CRV needed repair. He also noticed that I had not had my recall corrected so he made sure that was done also. I could go to Joliet and have my Honda serviced there, which is alot closer, but I have chosen to go to Tinley Park to Community Honda for my last three Hondas mainly because of the mechanics but also because I have had a lot of nice people helping me.
