I brought my 2005 Honda Civic in for 70,000 miles service Randy Priby took care of me he told me the service would take an hour to an hour and a half. Within the hour my auto was ready. I brought my car to the dealership on Friday, April 20, 2012 at &:20 P.M. for a 7:45 P.M. appointment to have tires rotated, oil change and free car wash. I was told it would take approximately 1 1/2 hour 2012 at &:20 P.M. for a 7:45 P.M. appointment to have tires rotated, oil change and free car wash. I was told it would take approximately 1 1/2 hours. The work was completed at about 10:08 P.M. The wait time was excessive. Steve Surma was a great help to us when my CRV needed repair. He also noticed that I had not had my recall corrected so he made sure that was done also. Jeff was very pleasant also and explained what he was going to do and then came out to see us when I came to pick up my vehicle to let me know that everything was taken care of. I could go to Joliet and have my Honda serviced there, which is alot closer, but I have chosen to go to Tinley Park to Community Honda for my last three Hondas mainly because of the mechanics but also because I have had a lot of nice people helping me. I purchased my '05 CR-V from this dealer and had to go back for an engine repair and they were cheaper than another dealer closer to my house. I've been taking my civic to Community Honda for oil changes and service for a couple of years now as I have been working in the same area. I've avoided dealerships because my experience has always been changes and service for a couple of years now as I have been working in the same area. I've avoided dealerships because my experience has always been poor and/or expensive. But my experience with Community has always been pleasant and fair, and will continue to go. If you what to keep your Honda running smoothly for years, then go to Community Honda. I wish I bought my car there! More
