We experienced a problem that put us in an 'emergency' position. Driving unannounced into the dealership we were immediately met with qualified and friendly staff. No names are included because this is outstanding nature of all the staff we have encountered over years of being their customer - for vehicles and vehicular repairs. The necessary part was ordered. An appointment was set up and we received transportation to and from the dealership. We are overwhelmed by the quality of our Honda and the Community Honda personnel. The 'emergency' involved being recently released from spinal surgery and being incapable of more than sitting in the car and on the way to the surgeon's office. This was an experience that put Community Honda to the test and they passed - with flying colors. If this is news to you, stop by and find out for yourself. More

This dealership, and the salespeople that we dealt with went above and beyond all of our expectations. First, they price that they gave us was unbeatable. Secondly, the financing was excellent. Third, we have brought the car back several times for miscellaneous stuff, adding running boards, etc, and each time that we were there we were treated like family. Both Tom Maloney and Tony Chippas treated us like family while we were there, and they definitely change the experience of buying a car to a pleasant one. Not only would I recommend them and the dealership to a fried and family, but also I would buy from them again just because of the experience. I was in the market for a compact car, and ended up choosing a Civic. I did a lot of research and came in with a tough price, which they met. My wife was looking for a new car about a year ago. She was interested in an Accord. She stopped by your dealership for the first time and talked to Bob Schmuhl. A white Accord was just being delivered from the factory off of a truck. She saw it and fell in love with it. Bob treated her very nice. He wasn't pushy and was very fair. He gave her a good price on the car. She called me at work and I said I would stop by the dealership after work and we could discuss it. When I got there I was really impressed with what a nice guy Bob was and how he dealt very fairly and friendly with us and was not pushy at all. My wife bought that Accord and loves it. Since then she brought her niece to Bob to buy a new car and she bought a new Civic from him. Also, our daughter who lives in Nevada was looking for a minivan because she is expecting triplets. We went over to talk to Bob because we knew he would be fair and honest. We were looking for a 2012 Odyssey to save a little money since the 2013s were out. But unfortunately Bob said they were all gone. We even talked to him about buying a new one from him and shipping it out to Nevada but he said it would cost too much to ship and probably wouldn't be worth it.What an honest guy! I have been in the dealership a couple of times looking at SUVs and the new Accord and each time we would talk to Bob and he is always the same--friendly, honest and not pushy. My wife and I feel very comfortable shopping for and buying new cars at Community Honda because Bob is a great guy to deal with. We will be back. If all car salesmen were like Bob Schmuhl people would really enjoy new car shopping. More

Sonny is great! He is very knowledgable. He took the time to set up my Bluetooth and show me many if the options despite how busy the dealership was that night. At the time when I bought my car, my old cell phone could not be set up with the bluetooth feature. Bob had offered to set up my phone when I purchased a new phone. I gave him a call and he told me I could not be set up with the bluetooth feature. Bob had offered to set up my phone when I purchased a new phone. After the phone was set up, he went through it with me explaining how to use the bluetooth features and gave me the opportunity to practice so that I would be comfortable using this feature. More
