Unsatisfied non potential customer Your service is too expensive! I brought in my 2012 Honda Crosstour for 4 new tires and wheel alignment! I ended up taking my business else where, 1yr computerized wheel alignment, road hazard, road side assistance, and i buy 3 tires and the third on FREE! Community Honda did not offer this deal. And all this and it was still cheaper than you guys. More

Good experience — eventually I needed to replace a shattered side view mirror. I had to come in on 3 separate occasions: once to assess the damage (even though it was obvious that I needed to replace a shattered side view mirror. I had to come in on 3 separate occasions: once to assess the damage (even though it was obvious that the part would have to be replaced and not fixed, as I mentioned to at least three or four people); once because the part wasn’t in when promised three days later and no one notified me; and once to actually replace the part. When the work was finally done, it looked good and took less than hour, but I squandered two vacation days needlessly. My service rep was pleasant and very helpful, but Honda really needs to consider how to streamline mundane tasks. This is my first Honda, so I don’t know if this is the norm, but it made me somewhat apprehensive of future visits. I will probably try a dealer closer to home next time to make a comparison. More
