Kaila was excellent to deal with and very knowledgeable about my purchase. She was very accomodating. Community Honda had exactly what I was looking for and I gave a fair deal. Took Pilot in for oil change. Failed inspection on multiple points, but I was not informed until after I paid. I did not get a good answer what the issue was.
