The truck has a leak in the rear of the cab interior and has caused many other issues including, but not limited to, mold and mildew on the interior, standing water in cab, discolored headliner, corrosion damage, continual wet interior and wet odor. Who knows what type of electrical issues are to come. Very unacceptable for this type and cost of issue with a vehicle purchased new. In doing a web search, this is a common issue with these trucks. The problem is this dealer will NOT stand behind what they sold and correct an issues that was not from anything caused by the owner or wear and tear but rather a design or assembly issue. Stellantis has gotten involved and they are trying to help but this dealer is making it difficult to get the issue corrected in its entirety. I would NOT recommend this dealer to anyone because of there terrible service department. If you purchase a vehicle from these people you are on your own. This was my first and last purchase from this dealer and brand. My next purchase will definitely be elsewhere and a different product. Very disappointed! More
Purchased a new Jeep. Jeep sent the wrong key and had to get a new one (which was covered under warranty). I explained this to the service department that told me I was wrong and was not covered under warra get a new one (which was covered under warranty). I explained this to the service department that told me I was wrong and was not covered under warranty to program. I literally walked out after they had programmed, called Jeep and was sent a reimbursement check. This dealership is terrible and service is terrible. I will drive else where to get service. I don't buy any cars here anyways, but it shows in the service department why you shouldn't go there either! More
I am a disabled army veteran I own a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee 70th anniversary edition it is not under warranty took my Jeep here to be repaired due to when I applied brake it would violently pull steer Cherokee 70th anniversary edition it is not under warranty took my Jeep here to be repaired due to when I applied brake it would violently pull steering wheel to the right almost causing me to wreck upon dropping my Jeep off the day before my scheduled appointment of 8am to Jim in the service department I described the issue in detail before leaving I specifically requested the brakes be checked and the wheel bearings be checked as well as I requested that they do not use an impact on my brand new aftermarket wheels and chrome lug nuts I even provided a brand new 4 inch deep well socket made specifically for my new chrome lug nuts and Jim assured me that they would do as requested the next day Jim contacted me via text message to call him so I did in that call Jim told me the issue was the right front wheel bearing upon hearing the diagnosis I decided have all 4 wheel bearings and all 4 axle shafts replaced due to my being abit OCD about my Jeep and due to the age of the Jeep and not wanting to have the same problem in the near future with a different wheel bearing so Jim worked diligently to figure up the parts and labor for this large task and indeed he did the total came to nearly 4500.00 I agreed on the price told him to go ahead with the work and also specified that I was not in dire need of the Jeep and to take their time because I want it done correctly a few days later I get a call my Jeep is ready I returned to pay in full and collect my Jeep Jim is there waiting to collect my payment of nearly 4500.00 at this time I ask Jim was every thing ok with the brakes he replied everything is good sir no issues and he added they did not use an impact on the lug nuts excellent I said. I paid my bill got in my Jeep and drove home pull in the garage grabbed my 4 inch socket for my brand new chrome lug nuts out of the cup holder and what!!! Hold up as I glanced over the socket there is significant damage and wear to the tool end of the socket the metal in the corners of the socket where it attaches to the tool it's being used with appears to be smeared and hammered and misshaped in both directions equally in all 4 corners it appears as if it has been hammered on??? I exited my Jeep and began checking the condition of my lug nuts now keep in mind these lug nuts had only been installed a few weeks prior by me by hand with a straight bar and a torque wrench taking extra care not to damage them or the socket upon examining the lug nuts almost every one of them has some sort of visible damage several of them have large chunks of chrome missing from them as if they had been hammered on repeatedly... the next morning I returned to the service department where I was directed to the service manager Jeff I did not yell I did not curse I was not hostile I presented the evidence to Jeff the brand new socket now mangled on the tool end the brand new chrome lug nuts now mangled and missing chrome with bare metal exposed that will begin to rust when they get wet I told Jeff I believe the mechanic used an impact driver on these lug nuts and damage them after I was assured they would not and did not by Jim in the service department Jeff then told me they did not use an impact and that he watched them do it.... now I find it hard to believe that the one service manager stood over the mechanic as he removed my wheels then did whatever a service manager does while they replaced all 4 wheel bearings and all 4 drive axles and checked my brake system then returned precisely at the time of the mechanic reinstalling my new wheels and stood over him again ensuring he didn't use an impact??? Regardless of the assurance from Jim and Jeff Jeff agreed to reimburse me for the lug nuts which I was happy about and grateful for so I proceeded on my way across town 5 miles down the road approaching a red light I apply the brake to stop and wham!!!!! what do you know the steering wheel violently jerks to the right almost causing me to hit a car in the lane next to me exactly like it did before I took it to be fixed??? I maintain a slow speed and limp my Jeep to the nearest parking lot while doing so the brake continues to malfunction as well as I'm beginning to smell the odor of burning brakes I get in the lot exit the Jeep and examine the front wheels the odor is coming from the front left wheel upon examining I find that the lug nuts are so hot you can't touch them the brake is malfunctioning and not releasing I have the Jeep towed back to the dealer enter the service department I am directed to the service manager Jeff again I say I brought this in here to have this fixed 4500.00 out of pocket and it is doing the exact same thing as before and he tells me that I didn't ask anyone about brakes that I didn't tell anyone that it was doing this that I didn't come in here for that reason... now first off this service manager Jeff was not even in the room when I first brought the Jeep here to be worked on it was Jim who I spoke with on the phone and Jim who took my vehicle in to be fixed and what do you know Jim is nowhere to be found at this time but this man Jeff is going to stand here and tell me what I said when I dropped my Jeep off to Jim and told him to check my brakes when he was not even in the room sounds to me like he is calling me a liar and I'm not ok with that I told them to fix it and left as the day went on I waited and waited expecting a call to let me know what the issue is with the brake and waited and waited no one called keep in mind they have my 4500.00 they have my Jeep as closing time neared I called them and ask what is the issue with my brakes and I was told it needs a new caliper it needs a new brake hose the rotor shows signs of being hot and is probably warped and it will need a new set of brake pads and at this point it's not Jim on the phone it's not Jeff on the phone it's some other employee that has not spoke to me at all about my Jeep from the beginning so now a third person to fuel the he said she said bullcrap circus of liars at this place tells me we can fix all these issues for around 500.00 and we can have it done for you sometime the end of next week???? If we can get the parts.. I got off the phone drove over there asked to speak to the service manager and what do you know oh he's not here no Jeff no Jim no lady that I just spoke to on the phone now a 4th different employee that I've never spoke to wants to get involved and make this even worse no thank you I said sir you call a tow truck and have my broken Jeep towed to my house so now I will get the parts myself I will limp my broken disabled injured in Iraq butt down here to my garage and try to fix it myself by hand with no impact on my new chrome 4 inch spike lug nuts and hope and pray that I don't sever the nerve in my back and paralyze myself ....... if you value your stuff and your money don't take it to Bloomington Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram the website says veteran led but clearly they don't give a crap that you are a veteran they just want your money More
This has got to be the WORST dealership in the United States, the service department is a absolute joke. I’ve had my truck to them for issues one time. They couldn’t find issue, took it to another dealer States, the service department is a absolute joke. I’ve had my truck to them for issues one time. They couldn’t find issue, took it to another dealer over a hour away and bingo.. issue resolved. I’m having more issues at 10k miles and hate to drive a hour again, i tried staying positive about this Bloomington ram dealer and tried calling again, not one time but left 5 messages over several days for service and finally two for service manager. Absolutely disgusting customer service! More

They damaged 2 of my wheels when i took it in for a rotate and balance. When they replaced my wheels, they mounted a tire backwards, lost my key for my lug nut. They blamed me more the key missing. I contacted Chrysler and suddenly a "master key" appeared. My car vibrated horribly after they were done.. There was no vibrations previous to taking it in. They also damaged my daughters cooling system and refused to take responsibility for it. Thankfully Chrysler took care of the problem and will make this place be responsible. More
Ruined cooling system...blamed it on me. Went in for a warranty check to maintain my lifetime power train warranty. Also wanted the entire cooling system chemically flushed. What should have Went in for a warranty check to maintain my lifetime power train warranty. Also wanted the entire cooling system chemically flushed. What should have taken 1 hour according to the service manager ended up being closer to 3 hours. Finally they came out and told me they ran into a problem when doing the coolant flush. They told me that the cooling system was gelled up because I put the wrong coolant in the radiator(I've never touched the cooling system). Many arguments with their service manager and getting Chrysler customer care involved I had to get a case number and was told by Chrysler never to return to that dealership for service on my vehicle. Fast forward 9 months later and I had to have the entire cooling system replaced because they didn't fix their mess up, thankfully I worked with Chrysler customer care to fix the problem. I beg people to learn from my mistake, if you care about your vehicle take it to any other place than Town and Country or Community Nissan whatever they are calling themselves now. More
I had to have a power steering rack and brakes replaced. Both Mike's took good care of me and made it as painless as possible, given I had to replace a rack! I read some of these reviews before hand and Whi Both Mike's took good care of me and made it as painless as possible, given I had to replace a rack! I read some of these reviews before hand and While I can see some issues occuring, I do know that they get their parts from Chicago via a delivery, not an "employee going to another city the next day." I was there during the time they were getting a delivery. Overall a decent place, the building could use a facelift though! More
I dropped my car off at 830 am and was told it would take a half day to complete. I went to work and was never called. So I called and then they had told me that it would take all day and all they had comple a half day to complete. I went to work and was never called. So I called and then they had told me that it would take all day and all they had completed from 830-130 was an inspection and oil change. All I needed was my brake pads replaced and oil changed. My car was not finished until 5 pm. So from 830-5 they competed 2 tasks. Horrible service. Never again More
