This has got to be the WORST dealership in the United States, the service department is a absolute joke. I’ve had my truck to them for issues one time. I’m having more issues at 10k miles and hate to drive a hour again, i tried staying positive about this Bloomington ram dealer and tried calling again, not one time but left 5 messages over several days for service and finally two for service manager.
