My tires were tested as not good and no one said a word I purchase a vehicle that was used as a fleet car. I bought it with what were supposed to be new tires. It had a shake when it hit 60 mph and I ment I purchase a vehicle that was used as a fleet car. I bought it with what were supposed to be new tires. It had a shake when it hit 60 mph and I mentioned it to the salesman Tony. He told me to call the following Monday. I was told it was a balance issue. I had the tires balanced by them twice before I noticed that my paperwork showed an issue with one or two of the tires. When questioned about the tires the service manager Jason told me he would order one new tire. It took 3 attempts and 4 months to get this Issue mostly resolved. I still have a subtle shake which is due to the other problem tire but I am going to contact my GM rep because this should have been handled the first attempt and not sent back with an obvious shake and a potentially dangerous tire. Extremely pleasant experience from start to finish My girlfriend and I went in with a budget in mind and some vehicle traits we were looking for. All of our expectations were met and, even though it to My girlfriend and I went in with a budget in mind and some vehicle traits we were looking for. All of our expectations were met and, even though it took a few days to finish the process due to work schedules, it was a great experience. Definitely recommend the dealership and Justin to anyone looking for a new vehicle. As a side note, Tyler Guzan was lightning fast with all of the paper work as well and Tony Garansi helped with some friendly conversation. More
