I contacted Community and spoke with Stephen Buckley. He confirmed that the Bolt was delayed. I then started pricing out 2017 Votls. I got some good quotes but Stephen beat them by a lot. He even delivered the new car and took back my old one. Great price and customer service! More

The Service Department is horrible Buyer Beware! I have been a customer of Community Chevrolet for many years. I have purchased many cars from them, and had them all serviced with them Buyer Beware! I have been a customer of Community Chevrolet for many years. I have purchased many cars from them, and had them all serviced with them as well, however the dealership has gone downhill. I went to the service department have a key fob programmed. I spoke to a employee who identified himself as "Carlos the Manger". I asked him how much it would be to have FOB programmed and he said $200. I was surprised and told him that was a bit high since I had the new fob already, all it needed to do was be re-programmed. Carlos then said 'yes that is the price'. I explained that I had, had a fob programmed before and it was not that much. Carlos then said "we can do it for $75 but we will not guarantee it will work". I told him if the work cannot be guaranteed I am not interested. Carlos said "whatever" and nudged his co-worker with his elbow and laughed. As he walked off he chuckled and said "good luck". This is not the service I expect to receive after being a loyal customer for over 20 years. I have since tried reaching out to the manager of the dealership "Chad" and he has not returned even one of my 6 calls to him. I WILL NOT GO BACK THIS DEALER. More

They didn't want me there! The way I've got the service there, it sounded like they don't need me there. I was there to lease a Spark EV and the price was twice as much as I go The way I've got the service there, it sounded like they don't need me there. I was there to lease a Spark EV and the price was twice as much as I got from the other dealer. They didn't want to give me any information, like the MSRP or depreciation or ... . I just got a paper with a number of down payment and monthly only. Nothing more or less. And the numbers are like the offer of an E-class Mercedes. I felt very disappointed and I left the dealership. I've got a Nissan Leaf instead with half a price they offered. I'm very happy with my car which has the same range and more legrooms. More
