Buying 2 cars is better than 1 We just purchased 2 new VWs from Commonwealth VW. This was our 4th and 5th cars we purchased from them. They make buying a car fun and easy. At first the cars we wanted ended up not being in our budget range. But they have a huge inventory and their sales staff knows that inventory to the detail level. Before we knew it they had two cars that were almost everything we wanted and were within our budget range. The reason for this was not just the cars. The sales staff worked on the pricing until it met our needs. High marks for Commonwealth. More

No Hassle, Friendly, Knowledgeable After going to other dealers, I ended up at Commonwealth since their prices online were the best and also because they were affiliated with the USAA B After going to other dealers, I ended up at Commonwealth since their prices online were the best and also because they were affiliated with the USAA Buying Program that offers discounted prices. The entire process was easy - and almost fun - credited mainly to my salesman Jeffrey Mercedes. He was very knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. He provided lots of options and ended up getting me in the car I truly wanted. I can only speak for the VW division, but would recommend this dealership to anyone. The atmosphere in general is beautiful, immaculate and contemporary. The sales manager Dennis Millman was very personable and helpful as well. More

Short test drives, overly loud music, low ball pricing on trades with an effort made it seems to waste time. I wouldn't believe the majority of reviews on this website as they offer gift cards for positive reviews. The only reason I actually purchased a vehicle from them was because A) they had the only vehicle that had what I was looking for within a few hundred miles, and B) By the time I'd changed my mind, unfortunately I had already signed a purchase agreement, and they refused to give me my deposit back. Oh well, I enjoy the car, I just would never do business with them. The cookies they send after you purchase a car though is a nice touch. More
