He was able to answer all my questions about the different models I drove (I would recommend Luis to a Friend or Family) - He really knows his cars! Also, the Sales Manager (Christian Steinbrecher) was really helpful throughout the whole process. Christian was willing to work with me and also made sure that things moved along smoothly. I was reluctant to go out and purchase a car on my own, alone and as a woman in my 30's, but after going to a few Dealers, I settled with Commonwealth Motors. With a presumably low budget and equally low credit scores, Gabriel did not make me feel that I was undeserving of his time. He made sure that I understood the process from beginning to end and that we went at my pace. I think it really helps to do research before you go to the dealer, so that you know what kind of car you want, what options you want and what you expect to pay. We dealt with Hector Almonte (our main sales contact) and Christian, who were so professional, pleasant and genuinely nice men. We traded in a 2002 Chevy Tahoe, which we had brought in to Commonwealth Chevrolet service for a service light issue. The communication between Chevrolet service and Nissan sales showed us that they really do work together as a team. We signed the paperwork for the car, went and got a temporary NH plate and drove the car home that night. I would not hesitate again to purchase a car at Commonwealth Motors. More

When my old car broke down unexpectedly on a Wednesday morning, my Dad suggested I go to Commonwealth Motors to get something new. In all of our years of buying cars, this was absolutely the best buying experience we've ever had. We went in for a complementary oil change for my wife's Nissan Rogue and we were approached by Salesman Ga the best buying experience we've ever had. We went in for a complementary oil change for my wife's Nissan Rogue and we were approached by Salesman Gabriel Cortes. Although we expected it, we weren't rushed or pressured in any way by Gabriel. He was great, we felt very comfortable with him and liked him right away. He was funny, down to earth, patient, attentive and very knowledgeable. We were only "just looking" at the cars at the time, but really needed one for my job and with the past bad experiences, we weren't so sure we wanted to go through all the hassle of the car buying process. But, truthfully, this was totally the opposite. The Finance Manager Bobby Barry was awesome too. He really helped us to get exactly what we wanted and even better than we expected. He knows his stuff and will be able to help guide you thru the process and tell you exactly what you can do. There is no game playing! We absolutely love our 2013 Nissan Altima. By the way, the owner is really there (just like his ads say) and I was able to shake his hand and tell him about my experience and commend Gabriel. He was very happy to hear that. If you deal with Commonwealth Motors, you won't regret it!! More
