Sales process was low pressure and smooth. For instance, it needed an oil change, and upon having the oil changed after purchase, it was discovered that their was a defective plug. Also, the alternator died shortly after purchase, despite being assured that the battery an alternative "tested fine" by the dealer mechanic. More
