My new car experience I had been driving two 20 year old cars and was not wanting to have a car payment if I decided to trade them in. After finally making the decision to lease a car I had the best stressless experience with Belgica Richiez. She did an awesome job in explaining everything and made the transition from old to new painless. Everyone that I dealt with that day was great. More

I had my oil changed and tires rotated in 40 minutes and at a competitive price. Commonwealth’s waiting area was large, clean and well stocked with coffee and donuts. The service personal I dealt with both knowledgeable and courteous. . Overall my experience of having my Odyssey serviced at Commonwealth Motors was excellent and I highly recommend them. More

Overall Excellence!! I have recently moved to Whitesboro, NY from Newbury, MA. I bought my Honda from Commonwealth Honda in 2013. Everyone was terrific there and very help I have recently moved to Whitesboro, NY from Newbury, MA. I bought my Honda from Commonwealth Honda in 2013. Everyone was terrific there and very helpful. Well, I took my Honda to Carbone Honda today to get an inspection sticker and was told everyone was at lunch and to come back or make an appointment. I called them and told them I had 10 days to inspect my car and then they told me to come right down. 1 1/2 hours later I had my car and in the meantime, they tried to upgrade my car. One of their reviews was; all they care about is Money, Money. When I came to Commonwealth Honda, I never was turned away, even for service update and everyone at Commonwealth Honda was over the top professionally compared to Carbone. I am coming back to Lawrence in June to update my service. I have a contract with them as well for service. Even the waiting room at Carbone is awful. Commonwealth Honda has a wonderful waiting room and the movies they provide are great. Go Commonwealth!!! I'll be back. Gloria Healy (bought my car in 2/2013) More

My personal saleslady was nothing short of perfectly pleasant. She was personable, honest, and answered all of my questions very clearly. This was my first car leasing experience and I was intimidated at first since it was something new but she eased my mind and I couldn't be happier with my brand new CR-V EX! I knew it would be a good one when This was my second experience purchasing with this dealership and this time around was even better than the first. I knew it would be a good one when I contacted the dealership prior to stopping in after receiving a letter they may be interested in my used car. I recognized the voice on the other line as the gentleman who did my finances with my first purchase. When I showed up, He put me in touch with Joel and told him to take care of me. I felt so comfortable and did not get the "pushy" salesman feel that many experience when searching for a new vehicle. I went in with a potential trade in and Joel made it happen for the price I needed. He listened to what I needed and wanted and came through. John again handled the finance side of it and was a pleasure to work with. Both are just great and Commonwealth is lucky to have them. I am a District Sales Manager for a local sporting good company, so I know how important customer service is. Both Joel and John exceeded my expectations and I will continue to do business with Commonwealth because of it. More
