My husband and I were standing in your lot, looking at cars in 96 degree heat. We had barely begun to look, when out the door came Mike with a big smile and hello! Commonwealth Honda was able to locate the 2021 Accord Sport 2.0t in color i was looking for. I worked with Jane Moran. Very disappointed!! Took in my 2016 Honda HRV for inspection it failed due to tail light getting filled with water, as supervisor from service dept Tish, she was rude and no help .. left with a rejec inspection it failed due to tail light getting filled with water, as supervisor from service dept Tish, she was rude and no help .. left with a rejected sticker and water in my tail light .. tried to order part she had no clue when part will be in .. safety first they claim so water in my tail light and would not empty it so more damage it will cause .. purchase many cars from them .. NEVER AGAIN!! She needs proper training !! Brought there for answers and she told me to figure it out!!! Unreal More

I financed a 2018 Honda Civic EX, the process was fine up until it was time to get my registration! Original I was told 2 weeks to receive registration but come to find out as I was stopped by the police all until it was time to get my registration! Original I was told 2 weeks to receive registration but come to find out as I was stopped by the police all covid restrictions were lifted & it was back to 7 calendar days. I called numerous times, no time estimates of when I would receive it, the sales manager was rude & kept telling me I had 21 days!! It took 10 days for me to get my registration!! Yes folks, I had a new car sitting in my driveway that I couldn’t drive & was forced to get a rental for 3 days!! The only reason I would go back to this Honda dealership is for John Murray, he is the only employee that gets it done ( excellent customer service).. My husband had it with everyone there & tracked down our finance guy ( John) to see if he could help, it took John 7 minutes to get the registration!! Thank you John, I would probably still be waiting for it. More
