He was beyond friendly, exceeded my expectations, and put me in the car of my dreams for even lower than he initially quoted me! When you don't have a great credit score it can be nerve racking walking into a dealership, but Brian made me feel right at home! He went down every possible option until we found a payment plan that worked for me and I'm happy to say I drove off the lot with a beautiful 2016 Honda Civic. He really went the extra mile to make sure I was a fully satisfied customer and I can't rave about him enough. When it came to the specs and final details of the car, he referred me to Viktor Jimenez who showed me the ins and outs of the vehicle and reassured me it had everything I was looking for. Viktor was helpful, charming, and very informative...by the end of our test drive I knew I had found the right car for me. He also had Luis Cruz , another employee of Honda, hook up my phone through the cars digital interface so I didn't have to bother with it (I myself am not that technically savvy). By the time I left the lot I had my GPS and Pandora running smoothly! I can't believe how quick and painless this experience was, I am in love with my new vehicle! Pressure Pressure. So this lady was Jane Moran. I told her what I was looking for and that I wanted to lease and it was my first time leasing. At that time alot of the honda CRV's were going fast. But I found one and it was on the show room floor and I feel I got a good deal and got my payments to a comfortable level. Jane was very down to earth and easy to understand and told me the whole process. Karen the lady in Finance was great as well, pleasant and down to earth.......
