I arrived at their service center on 14Apr17 to address the maintenance minder code that popped up on my dashboard display. Charles Tsoukaris greeted me immediately, looked at my minder code, and quickly informed me about the work that was recommended by the code. Charles walked me over to his station, and looked up my service record. He happily told me that some of the recommended work had already been performed during my last visit. Additionally, he told me about several promotional deals that would lower my total cost. The complimentary shuttle service brought me home, and I arranged to have it pick me up when Charles called me to let me know that the service was complete. Charles also summarized the work that was done, let me know that everything looked good. I fully recommend the service center at Commonwealth Honda for all your vehicle maintenance. More
