Great Buying Experience! I had a horrible experience at another dealership the last time I purchased car. Because of this, I went in with high expectations because I was not I had a horrible experience at another dealership the last time I purchased car. Because of this, I went in with high expectations because I was not going through the hassle I did the last time. I worked with Jonuel and from the beginning he was extremely pleasant and there was NO pressure at all. I was allowed to go through the process, ask questions and never once felt like he was just trying to close the deal. Then it was on to finance. Again, another bad experience at the last dealership. The person I dealt with was great. I told him from the get go that I didn't want a lot of the "extras" that they offer during the finance process. Again, NO pressure. It was a great experience overall and the follow up after the sale was just as impressive. From a tin of cookies, to pre-recorded voice messages from Kimberly Daher to a letter in the mail to make sure that I was 100% satisfied. Now that is the way customer service should be! I would definitely purchase from Commonwealth again! More

Well, despite our efforts to keep up with the repairs, the decision was to go back to commonwealth and see what they could do to help us. Brian introduced us to Jane. She was patient, kind, and quickly understood what our needs were. We test drove several cars and decided which would best fit our needs. There was no pressure! The next day I went back with the car to be traded for an appraisal. Naturally I thought I would get more given the fact that I had put so much money into it over the past year. When the final numbers came she instinctively knew what to do. Asking me what my goal was, I told her the monthly figure. In the end, Commonwealth split the differrence with me. I should note that on this second visit I was by myself. When we picked up the car, everything was ready for us. Jane even put my grandson's car seat in.
