The staff at Commonwealth always makes me feel valued. I went in for servicing and found out my warranty expired. Steve in service was very open and honest with me and explained what was wrong with my car. Moments later I received a call from Joel who explained he was confident he could get me into a new car and possibly lower my payment if not keep it close to what i was currently paying. He asked me for 30min of his time to explain how he could help me. I wasn't the easiest to convince but he sure did a heck of a job making me understand the value of the trade in. We also worked with Enyel who also very honestly and professionally explained all the benefits of trading in my used car. After working their magic they got me into a comfortable deal with a BRAND NEW 2017 Accord. Later that day i met Brian. I don't think i laughed so much during the signing of any of our vehicles until that day. He was amazing! He was also able to work magic to get us approved even after we thought it was impossible. Because of experiences like this I will ALWAYS continue to purchase my vehicles from Commonwealth Motors. Mr. Daher has a great team behind him. They run a tight ship there and try their best to take the hassle out of the process. What a difference from walking into other dealerships that just want your money and dont care to listen to your concerns about your budget (ahem, atamian.) Our salesman Lissandro was so patient and took the time to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. Every anxiety I had going into this process was relieved by the time I walked out of that door. More
