Earlier in the week I had gone to another Honda dealer and the experience was not as welcoming, me and my fiancé weren't even offered water while waiting, needless to say we walked out of that dealer with bad taste in mouth. At commonwealth I felt no pressure into buying something I didn't want, the time and commitment the team took to explain how to work the car was great, I was offered coffee, water, and crackers, I even didn't have to drive to the registry or my insurance to complete paperwork (they called this the VIP treatment). The next morning sent a shuttle to pick me up at home to pick up the new car. Overall the slogan they are known for fits the experience "Shop us Last". More

No other place gave me the level of customer service that Commonwealth did. Brian Philo went above and beyond in ensuring I was happy with what I was purchasing. Having not known much about Honda in general, he was really informative and patient during the process of looking at different models. He answered all of my questions and made sure I was happy with all aspects of the car process. Brian takes the time to get to know customers on a personal level and doesn't rush you or make it all about a sales transaction. I appreciated the level of customer service I received and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a car. Jane Moran was also very helpful during the car process. She was patient, easy to talk to and understanding. She took the time to explain all features of the new car and let me test drive as much as I wanted before making my decision. But after some time working with Brian, I was approved to lease a new Civic! Brian's optimism and genuine desire to get to know me and work with me are rare qualities, especially at a car dealership! This was my second time leasing from CH, and this experience was even better than the first. Also, at no time did I ever feel rushed or like I was wasting anybody's time.
