Service I dropped in at the end of the day to get an inspection sticker for my new car. Unfortunately, it was a very busy time. I was told it would take an hour and a half and it pretty much did. However, the technician and manager were friendly and forthright. I was able to wait in the quiet room (thanks for that) and time passed pretty quickly. All paperwork was provided and my car was warming up when i went out to leave. I appreciated their effort to provide excellent service. Unfortunately, I do not remember the names of the employees who helped me. More

Rather than waiting at the dealership, Honda provided me with a ride back to my home so I could finish with some work around the house. Then, when my car was ready they picked me up at my house and brought me back to the dealership. My experience was convenient and simple. More

Wonderful Experience The service I received at Commonwealth Honda was nothing less than excellent. From the moment I stepped into the facility, I never felt pressured and The service I received at Commonwealth Honda was nothing less than excellent. From the moment I stepped into the facility, I never felt pressured and was well taken care of. Iban Rojas helped set me up with a new 2018 Honda CR-V and never tried to sell me anything I didn't want. He was very polite and knowledgeable and answered all my questions prior to purchase. I knew exactly what I wanted before I stepped foot in the facility and came out with exactly that. Iban even called me a few times days after I drove my car home to ensure that everything was going smoothly and if I had any additional questions about the car's functionality. Brian Philo in finance went above and beyond to get me the great financing that I received and even helped set me up with insurance. They even provided a shuttle to and from the rental car lot. Overall a wonderful experience and I recommend this dealership to anybody that is serious about buying a new car at a good price. More
