Experience at Commonwealth Motors/Lawrence Had an appointment, they were very knowledgeable, Right on schedule. Above and Beyond I am an eighty one year old customer of Commonwealth Honda and must use a walker as I have muscular dystrophy. This week I visited Commonwealth Honda I am an eighty one year old customer of Commonwealth Honda and must use a walker as I have muscular dystrophy. This week I visited Commonwealth Honda to renew my inspection sticker. In the process They discovered a problem with my registration that would have required me to find transportation to MA Registry, a long wait and difficulty for my limited mobility. With the help or their Service Manager, "Trish" and the help and kindness of the service rep everything was resolved completely and I was on my way home before any darkness. Although I could use a Honda service nearer to my present retirement location, I choose to use Commonwealth because I have always found them to be honest, accommodating and just plain kind. More

Above and Beyond I purchased a 2016 Honda HRV from Commonwealth. Although I dread car shopping, the experience turned out to be pleasant. This dealer was willing to I purchased a 2016 Honda HRV from Commonwealth. Although I dread car shopping, the experience turned out to be pleasant. This dealer was willing to work with me to find the right vehicle rather than other dealerships I visited. The salespeople at other dealerships seemed lazy and disinterested with a "take it or leave it attitude." I heard, "Oh that vehicle we advertised was sold or it was a glitch. We will never have another deal like that." Service after the purchase is really important so I was willing to drive quite a distance seeking a service department far removed from and much improved upon the one I had been using close to home. They all claim excellent customer service but Commonwealth Honda was the only one who came through for me and showed it. More
