Saved my day I was driving to Maine from New York to drop my son off for a schooner trip. About 3 1/2 hours into my trip the low tire pressure light came on. I w I was driving to Maine from New York to drop my son off for a schooner trip. About 3 1/2 hours into my trip the low tire pressure light came on. I was driving my husbands' new car so I panicked thinking I was going to have a flat. I stopped at a gas station and checked the air pressure. One tire was a little off (29 not 32) so I filled it and assumed I was good, but the tire light was still on after driving a few miles. I have a 2016 Honda and the system recalibrates itself once the air tires are correct. I tried to reach my husband but he was not available. I stopped a second time and checked the pressure again. All was good so I thought it might just be a bad indicator, but my mind was not at ease. I had 3 kids in the car and had no idea what I'd do if the tire went flat. At the last minute I asked my son to search for a Honda dealership and Commonwealth was 2 miles away. I stopped in and met Sergey. I explained the problem and he said that the tires probably just needed to be recalibrated. I asked how long it would take (because I had to drop my son off by 6pm in Maine) and he laughed saying just a few minutes. He showed me how I had to manually have the system recalibrate. After that, I had no further problems with the tire or indicator. I got my son to Maine in time and drove home again yesterday without incident. Thank you, Sergey for helping put my mind at ease and getting me on my way. More

Excellent customer service This was my first buying experience with Commonwealth and they’ve made me a lifelong customer! I started with an online inquiry and worked with Amy to get started, she was just so open to working with my specific requests. When I was finally able to make it to the dealership, I had the pleasure of working with Ben who was spectacular. He knew what I was looking for and didn’t play the back and forth numbers game like you find at some dealerships. When my first car option didn’t quite work out, he didn’t just call it quits. He worked hard to find me something he knew i’d still love as well as work for my needs. Because of my job, it wasn’t easy to get in touch with me but Ben worked with me in a way that was convenient for me, which was so refreshing! Lastly, John topped off the whole experience with his jovial demeanor. They’re doing customer service right, they clearly enjoy their jobs. Can’t say enough about the friendly and engaging staff! Above and beyond service! I can’t say enough about my experience with the service department, in particularly Lee Boudreau. I dealt with Lee on a daily basis for just over 2 we I can’t say enough about my experience with the service department, in particularly Lee Boudreau. I dealt with Lee on a daily basis for just over 2 weeks’ time. Days prior bringing my car into Commonwealth I had an o2 sensor replaced at a different local mechanic. Needless to say, the issue I was having wasn’t fixed. Lee had the top mechanic (whom some call god) evaluating my car. VERY long story short, the problem escalated to Honda engineers who also could not figure out the issue. Many hours and parts were spent trying to come to a resolution. I think I was able to stay calm through everything because of the trust I gained in Lee's customer service skills. I have to give a huge shout out to Lee, and Ryan in service, as well as whoever the top mechanic, foreman and managers are for their patience and tedious work. Excellent communication and customer service. HIGHLY recommended! More
