Rude and shady I went out of my way to go to Commonwealth Honda because of the reviews I had read on dealerrator. I unfortunately was hugely disappointed. I pulled into the lot and salesman approached me before I even walked in the door (he was working with another customer but tried to take me on as well at the same time instead of connecting me with another sales person = greedy). I decided to go inside anyway to touch base with the sales manager. He then put me with another sales person. Several employees were just standing behind the desk chatting and waiting around like shark infested waters. Of the three people I had interactions with, only one was dressed nicely (helllooooo, that matters). I had come in having done my research on the car I wanted to buy and on my trade in. They offered me a decent sale price for the new car but then when it came to my trade in, the salesman was super rude. When I hesitated to reveal to him the amount I still owed on my current car and asked why he needed to know that information BEFORE appraising my car, he YELLED across the showroom to the sales manager "Hey! I gotta bring out the boxing gloves for this one!" and then proceeded to say to me, "Ok, you wanna play games, I can play games." I should've got up and walked out then. I just wanted to be offered a fair amount for my trade in. They eventually came back and had severely undervalued my trade in by $2500 vs KBB... I told them that wasn't enough. He continued to be rude. I left. More
