Went in to have oil changed on my Odessey Van. Looking at the new cars (CRV) and Gary went above and beyond making it possible to lease the new CRV. Walked out with a new car. I LOVE MY CRV! I LOVED my van but my family is getting older and I was the only one driving around in it. I love this dealership, whether it be sales or service they treat me with kindness and respect every time! As a women I hate dealing with car issues or even to change my oil, but not with this dealership. I feel comfortable working with any of their personnel. They even have a wonderful area to wait for your car service to be completed. You can watch a movie, have a cup of coffee or get work done with WiFi. I highly recomend buying or servicing your car at this dealership! I even have to go out of my way to drive to this dealership to have my oil changed,that is how much I like this place. More
I had a very positive experience with Commonwealth Honda on my recent purchase of a 2012 Honda CRV EX. Our sales person, Chris Drew, greeted us outside(even though it was very chilly that day) and was very on my recent purchase of a 2012 Honda CRV EX. Our sales person, Chris Drew, greeted us outside(even though it was very chilly that day) and was very easy going and informative. He was happy to show and explain to us every car from 2009 pre certified CRVs to the new 2012 and never pressured us into something we did not feel comfortable. The financing process took a little longer than we would have liked, but the end result was a great interest rate so it was definitely worth it. Would definitely recommend Commonwealth Honda and salesperson Chris Drew. More
Commonwealth Motors has the perfect slogan "Shop Us Last" and we did just that. It was a great experience. They met our price with absolutely NO haggling. Everyone is extremely friendly and all the salespeople help each other out. Even though this dealer is not close to our house we were able to zip up 495 and its easy to find and conveniently located right off the highway. We won't buy a Honda from anyone else! More

It's always a pleasure getting my car serviced at Commonwealth Honda. The service advisor always explains everything fully and I never feel pressured to pay for a service that is not needed. I bought my Honda CRV at Commonwealth and have always had it serviced there. I have found the service department employees to be knowledgable and friendly. The service today was excellent. It was expensive so close to Christmas. I originally went in for an oil change. I ended up with the 30,000 mile service and front and rear brakes. The SUV has some other problems that will have to be addressed in the future. Buddy was helpful and competent. He addressed all of my concerns with my vehicle. I am very satisfies with the attention and service I received at Commonwealth. More

So for this instance and that's how I rate dealers...per instances, the experience was great. Car had 18 k miles on it and a 100k mile warranty. I had a slow leak in R/F tire. Strange for a new car. May the fully loaded EXL V6 Honda Accord has some significant drain on the battery but 3-4 days seriously! Anyways, went in. Explained my situation. I was told to wait. Nearly 2 hours (that was the bad part) went by when I lost patience and asked for an update. Within minutes I was done. The resolution to battery was replacement under warranty. Tire had a screw in it so that was fixed. I was not charged anything, except lost 2 hours of my premium time on the weekends, considering it looked like a small job. But later Buddy explained that they had to see the drain on the battery by running blower, lights and stereo on. I do not mind paying or waiting hours but I do expect a solid honest explanation which I got here. So that is that. Again, like I said this very instance went well :) More
