I recently went to Commonwealth Honda to look at used Honda CR-Vs. Upon entering the dealership lot I was immediately approach by a friendly sales person, Engel Moronto, who asked what brought me to the Honda CR-Vs. Engel asked what was important to me in a vehicle and my financial needs. He then proceeded to show me the new Honda CR-Vs and explained what would be available for options in my price range. We then proceeded to the used car section where the dealership had the exact vehicle I was looking for. After a test drive, we began the sales process which was very straight forward and not high pressure. The financing process went extremely smoothly and the dealership took care of everything. Delivery of the vehicle also went extremely smoothly, as did the return visit to the dealership with inspection. I was extremely pleased with my first sales and service experience at Commonwealth and high recommend this dealership. More
