Great buying Experience I was recently in an accident and was limited in the time I had to make a purchase. I had been to common wealth many times for service and tune-ups, I was recently in an accident and was limited in the time I had to make a purchase. I had been to common wealth many times for service and tune-ups, so I made the decision to shop them first (despite their slogan). Why walking the lot I had the pleasure of meeting Iban Rojas-Reyes. Iban was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable with the Honda Civic, my car of choice. He answered all my questions in full, and if he didn't have the answer he made it a point to get the right answer, rather than feed me a line. My overall shopping experience was a great one and I would recommend not just shopping at commonwealth, but working with Iban when you do. More

Prior to going to Commonwealth I went to a Toyota dealership and the sales mgr was trying to pressure me into buying the first used car I drove. At Commonwealth they listened to my needs and concerns and help me decide what the best affordable solution was for me. I decided on leasing. I was nervous about my insurance payments on a new car since I have 2 junior operators. I asked the mgr if he would honor the quote I was given for a couple of days so I would have a chance to talk to my insurance company. He didn't hesitate to agree with my request. When I returned to sign the papers they had gone above and beyond to get me good leasing rates and put me at ease. I highly recommend Commonwealth Motors. More

This time around we dealt with a terrific new salesman named Joel Ruiz who started as a detailer at Commonwealth and worked his way up over the last 14yrs to become a salesman about 5 months ago. His Knowledge and professionalism were outstanding and made our buying experience easy and pain free. Great job by Joel, and a shout out to Jim Volpe the online sales manager, who helped immensely by staying in contact with us after we made pricing inquiries and honored , to the letter, everything he promised over the internet when we showed up at the dealership. Mine was up there in age and I was looking to get into something more reliable. Jhonattan saw me looking around the lot and got to me immediately. Asked what I was looking into and such. I had mentioned the 2013 Toyota Corolla S that I saw online. After 10 minutes we were test driving. I loved every minute of the ride. Shortly after that we got to making the deal. Reasonable amount for my trade giving it's age and mileage. After that I dealt with finance (I forgot the gentleman's name) and the payment amount was exactly what I was looking for. I may be back next year with my wife's vehicle her loan is up. Nothing but amazing. More
