I called and a rather cold lady answered and right off was interrogated for my personal information. I had the name of the "sales" person who had emailed me, but the lady who answered said she couldn't f was interrogated for my personal information. I had the name of the "sales" person who had emailed me, but the lady who answered said she couldn't find it. She wanted my phone number, email, location...whyyyy. Eventually was transferred to the lady who emailed me. I was on hold for quite some time. She eventually picked up. I explained who I was. She coldly said she was transferring me to a sale person. I was on hold for over and minute and I hung up. There's no reason for mind games when buying a car, I will avoid this dealer in the future. More

My salesman was Randy Abney. We had talked on the phone and made an appointment for Friday. When I arrived on Friday, I met Randy and we went over the deal and I was taken to the car. I checked out the c and made an appointment for Friday. When I arrived on Friday, I met Randy and we went over the deal and I was taken to the car. I checked out the car and test drove it. The car was in very good condition and I was most pleased. I then went through the paperwork and paid for the car. All in all, this was the best experience I have ever had. More
