Completly unprofessional Went to see the car I wanted, very happy with it, they gave me a bogus excuse for why they could not take my trade in at the value I thought it to be, Went to see the car I wanted, very happy with it, they gave me a bogus excuse for why they could not take my trade in at the value I thought it to be, I already was $4000 below market value. Willing to put half the vehicle sale amount and finance the rest, they claimed the credit process takes 24 hours. I called them 24 hours later they told me it will take more time. 48 hours later still they needed more time and that they'll call me when they hear from Denali Credit Union. 70 hours later no word. 4 days later they call me to tell me that I was denied. Now I have means to buying the car outright if that was the case, so I was ready to do that. But then they tell me that the car was sold yesterday!! Had I put down $500 deposit they would have been able to hold the car for me. Well thank you for telling me now that "had I". If I would have known that was even possible I would have put down the $500 deposit. Frustrating is an understatement. I did my research the deal was a good one and the car was the one I wanted. This outcome is the product of incompetence and unprofessionalism. Should make someone think twice before buying from them. In some sense I am happy it didn't work out, who knows what other frustrations would arise had I gone forward with doing business with this company. More
