My Product Specialist, Dorian, contacted me based on the fact my lease contra Since I leased my last car, I moved from Columbia, MO to Wentzville, MO. My Product Specialist, Dorian, contacted me based on the fact my lease contract was going to expire in the next 3 months. We corresponded by email to explore my options since I exceeded the mileage on my contract. He found the best option for my issue and provided an estimate for my next lease, which I'm in now. When I arrived at the dealership in Columbia, everything was just as we emailed AND my payments were less than estimated. We stopped in late on a Saturday and even though we were looking for a very cheap car (one they don't usually keep on the lot but had been traded in earlier that day) he treated us as if we were the most important sale he's ever had. I'm very impressed with this young man. We have been buying from Honda in Columbia since 2005 and just last year our "car guy" (Ron Brasselton) retired. Looks like we have our new "Car Guy". We will look Ryne up again the next time we need a vehicle. More

My First Car Purchase Since I was sixteen, I've driven a Jeep Liberty. It was given to me by my parents when I first obtained my drivers license, and when I finally decided to buy my very first car, the Jeep had hit 14 years old. I had never purchased a car before, had no idea what to expect, and all I knew for sure was that I wanted a Honda Civic. I was unsure of what year I wanted, if I wanted a new or used car, or if I wanted a two door or a four door car. Ryne was incredible helpful from the get go. He was extremely kind and patient and never once made me feel like I was under any pressure in making a decision towards any car in particular. I finally decided that on a 2dr Honda Civic EX-L and unfortunately, Honda did not have any on their lot at the time, so I was going to have to put down a deposit to have one ordered for me. The Saturday that I planned on putting down a deposit, a 2dr Honda Civic EX-T came in. Ryne didn't hesitate to tell me, and I immediately put down a deposit to hold it. It did not have the leather like I had originally wanted, but the car ended up being absolutely perfect for me. He was also incredibly helpful in making sure that I got the most for my trade in, as well as making sure that I got the best deal possible on my car. I do not think that I could have picked a better salesman, especially for my first car purchase. I would definitely recommend him to anyone I know, first time buyers and those who have purchased cars before. More

We test drive FOUR different cars and I had to tell him I was ready to see if we could make a deal. Which is really awesome considering my history with looking at cars; I've never been NOT pressured while test driving a car. I was given more than I ever anticipated for my trade in and now I'm driving my dream car. I am so thankful for the entire team for making this possible, including Mark in financing. (He had to redo the paperwork because I gave my previous address accidentally.) I couldn't say enough good things about my experience! More
