On this day great service was provider by one person On this day I was patiently waiting on my sales person to come. Several of the staff had asked me if I had been helped and I advised that I was waitin On this day I was patiently waiting on my sales person to come. Several of the staff had asked me if I had been helped and I advised that I was waiting on my salesperson Chris to come. The service desk had contacted him but he just blew me off stating that I needed to speak with someone else and he would eventually be there and for me to have a seat and wait. After waiting there for over an hour a very nice gentleman by the name of Mr William Shelton (who had asked several times if I needed anything) persistently asked what exactly Chris was suppose to do. I advised that when I purchased my car on Saturday that It was the end of the day and Chris had told me to come back and he would show me what I needed to know about my car and how to connect my phone. I also told him that Chris stated that if I had any trouble I could just read the manual. Mr. Shelton then advised me that he would be more than happy to show me everything I needed to know. Mr. Shelton walked me out to my car and not only showed me everything on my car he set all my settings to my liking and explained all my buttons. He never rushed but took his time. He gave me all of his attention and asked for nothing in return. I had no idea that good customer service was still out there, and now because of this one employees caring, patient and dedicated work ethic I will tell everyone I know and don't know to go to Columbia Honda. More
