Transmission issue I took my new Hyundai in because I thought it wasn't shifting correctly. Steve had it checked out and Beth arranged for a loaner. Clutch shudder problem Columbia Ford has done the dealer work for me 5 years. I have never been totally satisfied. I have had the typical Focus clutch shudder since I have b Columbia Ford has done the dealer work for me 5 years. I have never been totally satisfied. I have had the typical Focus clutch shudder since I have bought it. They generally can't duplicate the problem. The TCM has been reflashed about ten times and the clutch has been replaced once and the shudder keeps coming back. I'm giving an average rating because of all the trips back to get this problem fixed. I will admit this trip they keep the cost lower than I thought they would. I think the reflash for Sync might actually fix the problem I have had since I bought it(again they couldn't duplicate). Eric was polite and did tried to be helpful. More
