Friendly, accommodating, and fast service. I walked in with a nail in my tire, i didn't have an appointment at all. a few issues I have had a couple issues in the last few months w/ a vehicle purchased. 1. Came in for my first oil change. Waited one hour, then was told they ordered the wrong oil filter and I had to wait longer. Total weight time was 2 hours. 2. Scheduled appointment for my check engine light, was told when I came in that I was also scheduled for an oil change, communication issues here as I just had an oil change a month prior. 3. Came to have check engine light fixed on 5/1. No sooner getting to my location i received a call asking if my light came back on because the service tech forgot to put a part back on my jeep. (Thank you for coming to my house and putting it on) but the point is, it was forgot while at the dealership. 4. Today 5/4 my check engine light is back on.... More
